New Homesteads

{For Sale}

Each 9 x 12 cradled panel is painted with archival Old Holland oil paint and framed in a custom-made untreated wood floater frame. The frames give the paintings a clean, almost architectural look when grouped together on the wall*Please keep in mind that the paintings are brighter, crisper, and more luminous than the blogger pictures convey.*

The paintings are $295. An 8.75% sales tax will be added to shipments made within our beloved but insolvent state of California. Shipping will be calculated at time of sale. If you're interested please email me at lily.stockman at gmail.com. For a little more about the story behind these paintings click here; for a happy customer click here.

I will update this post and strikeout titles as they sell. Happy homesteading!

  1. I am so sad that my vacation has left me broke as a joke. These are fantastically awesome, Lily. The last one is my fave, which I see someone else agrees with.

  2. Oh I think these paintings look terrific looking at them this way. And this seems like a very good idea. Maybe, maybe I could borrow this idea sometime? ;)

  3. They're gorgeous, darling! Love Melon Shack and Alley's Place in particular. And so smart of you to do it this way, directly.

  4. I find your work, sweet, lovely and charming. If I didn't already own two large examples of your homesteads, which I stare at everyday, and have enhanced my personal collection, I would be at the front of purchasing two more. Keep up the joy, and who knows, I may still buy em. Have to think on it.

  5. I must disagree with Anonymous, both because I think that's a rude statement, and more because I have had the pleasure of attending more than one of your art shows and have seen your work first hand. Your art is authentically spectacular and beautiful and makes my eyes sting with happiness. Never stop painting, oh and I'll take the Melon Shack. Express style. My home needs it.

  6. Those who can't do, criticize those who do...such has always been and always will be.
    Congratulations on your obvious success as an artist, and for having a singular vision and voice that clearly speaks to so many people.

  7. I love the direct sale approach. Because if I *had* any money, I could buy one myself. Did you get my email by the way?

    And I'm glad to see it's gone so well! (Although, not remotely surprised...)

  9. These are great, Lily! I hope that you continue to put your work up for sale like this because I really want some of your work. :) (An unforeseen car issue has tapped my "fun money" budget for a little while...)

  12. Thought too long. I am sure Igneous and Shelter found their way home. So looking forward to lots and lots of lovliness from your cross country adventure, and then cross the world enterprise. Good going Lily Stockman!

  13. One day when dollars are less scarce I will snatch an LS painting right up. It's going to be a wonderful day.

    Until then, you're awfully clever, and I'm glad others think so too.
